Sealed quotations clearly marked as “Appointment of Auditors” should reach this office latest by 29th December, 2009, 1200 hours and will be opened in presence of firms authorized representatives, on the same day at 1230 hours. Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of bid [Ref: PPRA Rule # 33(1)].
