Proposals must be received no later than 1130 hrs on 8th February, 2010.Proposals via courier, postal mail or by hand are acceptable. A softcopy (word document) must be submitted with the actual proposal.

A bidder’s failure to submit its proposal prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be disqualified. Late proposals or amendments will not be accepted for evaluation.

1.1.   Contract Term and Work Schedule

The contract term and work schedule set out herein represent the Company’s best estimate of the schedule that will be followed. If a component of this schedule, such as the opening date, is delayed, the rest of the schedule will be shifted by the same number of days. The approximate contract schedule is as follows:

Description:

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed suppliers/authorized dealers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the purchase of Laptop (12 No’s), Network Printers(02 No’s) on the following terms and conditions.

1. Tender will remain valid up to 30 days from the date of its acceptance.
2. All bids must accompany bank draft/pay orders @ 2% of bid money (refundable) in favor of National ICT R&D.
3. The successful bidders will have to deliver laptops with genuine carrying bags and Network printers to office premises at their own cost within two weeks time.
4. Payment will be subject to deduction of all taxes as per government rules applicable at the time of payment.
5. Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and distribute business among bidders in terms of Section-33 of PPRA rules, 2004 or reduce/increase number of items.
6. Only technically accepted offer would be considered.

Quotations in sealed envelopes addressed to Manager HR & Administration titled “Tender for Laptops/Network Printers” must reach the office at the address given below by 10th May 2010 at 11.00 am and will be opened on the same day at 11.30 am in the presence of bidders at the same address.
