• Terms & Conditions
  Pre-Auction Inspection: Interested Purchasers/Bidders can inspect the auctionable assets/items during 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) at the above-mentioned address from January 24, 2022 to February 06, 2022.
• Eligibility: The interested bidders having valid CNIC can participate by filling a prescribed proforma, which is available from Ignite Admin Department/company website: www.ignite.org.pk
• Bid Submission: Sealed bid of complete lot (including all items) filled in all respect must reach at given address below by February 08, 2022 at 10:30 am (sharp). The bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the same day.
• Earnest Money: The successful bidder will have to submit earnest @5% of the total bid value in the name of IGNITE National Technology Fund, through pay order along with the bid.
• Payment: Successful bidders will deposit complete bid money within 03 working days commencing from confirmation of award by the company. Otherwise, earnest money will be forfeited. Furthermore, successful bidders are also liable to pay all applicable taxes in addition to the bid(s) amount as per Government taxes.
• Movement of Auction Items: The successful bidders will have to move the auction items/material within in 03 working days after award and confirmation of receipt of bid money. Ignite will not be held responsible for any claim and loss by any bidder for the execution of this public auction.
• Rejection of Bid: Ignite may reject/cancel any or all bid(s) at any stage if an acceptable bid is not offered or for any other reason.
