Terms & Conditions

1. Pre-Auction Inspection: Interested Purchasers/Bidders can inspect the auctionable assets/items during 09:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) at the above-mentioned address from August 05, 2019 to August 30, 2019.
2. Eligibility: The interested bidders having valid CNIC can participate by filling a prescribed proforma, which is available on cash payment of Rs.500/-(Non-Refundable) from Ignite Admin Department as registration charges & depositing of Rs.20, 000/- as security (Refundable).
3. Bid Submission: Sealed bid (Separate envelop for each lot) completely filled in all respect must reach at given address below by September 2, 2019 at 10:30 am (sharp). The bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the same day.
4. Payment: Successful bidders will deposit 1/3 (One third) of the total bid price for each lot as earnest money on the spot and deposit remaining 2/3 (Two third) within 02/03 days of the auction date, otherwise earnest money & security for the subject lot will be forfeited. Furthermore, successful bidders are also liable to pay all applicable taxes in addition to the bid(s) amount as per Government taxes.
5. The successful bidders will have to move the auction items/material within in 3 days of the auction, Ignite will not be held responsible for any claim and losses by any vendor for the execution of this public auction.
6. Rejection of Bid: Ignite may reject/cancel any or all bids(s) at any stage if an acceptable bid is not offered or for any other reason.

Ignite invites proposals from qualified, registered and well reputed companies for “Supply of Laptops” as per guidelines mentioned in the tender document that can also be downloaded from www.ppra.org.pk

 
Interested entities should be on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with professional management team and prior relevant experience as mentioned in the tender document.

Proposals in sealed envelope, clearly mentioning the name of tender on top must reach at the address given below by 1100hrs on June 17, 2019.Proposals will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives at the same address.
