1.      The firms will have to deliver requisite items to office premises at their own cost on need basis.

2.      All Government applicable taxes will be deducted from the supplier’s payment.

3.      Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) will not compromise on quality of any item.

4.      National Tax Number/General Sales Tax registration number issued by the respective Department should be quoted in the bid.

5.      This office reserves the right to accept/reject/ any/ all bids or a portion in accordance with PPRA rules.

6.      The rates quoted by firms will remain valid till June 30, 2013.

Quotations in sealed envelopes clearly mentioned on top as “Tender for Stationery & Misc Items” must reach the office at the address given below by June 27 ,2012 at 12:30 p.m and will be opened on the same day at 01:00 p.m in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives at the same address.

1.      Insurance companies should have at least two years of experience in providing Health Insurance Coverage.

2.      National Tax Number/General Sales Tax registration number issued by the respective departments should be quoted in the bid.

3.      All Government applicable taxes will be deducted from the service provider’s payment.

4.      This office reserves the right to accept/reject any/all bids or a portion in accordance with PPRA rules.
