(One Each in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar & Quetta) The “Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) Company”, registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, is engaged in promotion of Research, Development and Innovation activities with a view to creating a knowledge economy. After successful launch of National Incubation Center at Islamabad, the Company through this Request for Proposal (RFP), invites proposals from qualified licensed/registered legal entities to provide services to establish and manage the following “National Incubation Centers”:
Interested entities may apply against any number of RFPs; each proposal will be evaluated separately. The applicant entities should be on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and must have sound financial backing, with professional management team and prior relevant experience in ICT sector. Entities having international partnerships/collaborations are also encouraged to apply.
