RFP – Provision of Services to Establish and Manage National Incubation Center Quetta
Ignite (formerly National ICT R&D Fund) registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, is a National Technology Fund that focuses on fourth industrial wave tech and on ecosystem development initiatives to fulfill its mission of creating a knowledge economy in Pakistan.
After the successful launch of National Incubation Center, Islamabad and award of NIC Lahore and Peshawar, Ignite through this Request for Proposal (RFP), invites proposals from qualified licensed – registered legal entities to provide services to establish and manage the National Incubation Center at QUETTA.
The applicant entities should be on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and must have sound financial backing, with professional management team and prior relevant experience in ICT and startup sectors. Entities having international partnerships/collaborations are also encouraged to apply.
