Prime Minister’s National ICT Scholarship Program’s Beneficiaries Attended the Open House 2013 at SE

About 84 students studying at NUST and its constituent colleges under Prime Minister’s National ICT Scholarship Program, a flagship initiative of Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund), actively participated in an open house organized by NUST School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS) on Friday, May 24, 2013. The aim of the event was to provide an avenue to the outgoing graduates of BIT (Bachelors in Information Technology), BICSE (Bachelors’ in Information and Communication System Engineering) and BEE (Bachelors’ in Electronics Engineering) to display their talents and engineering skills.

Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) organized the beneficiaries of Prime Minister’s National ICT Scholarship Program to avail this opportunity for an effective interaction with the representatives of leading industries and business houses. It also facilitated them to reach corporate recruiters at a single platform in the shortest possible time.

Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) is alive to the needs of the graduating batches of Prime Minister’s National ICT Scholarship Program and it is to this effect that efforts are afoot to give them access to prospective employment opportunities. In addition to this the students are also encouraged to apply for the National ICT Internship Program
