Nominations for the Position of Board of Director – Deadline Extended till February 13, 2017
The Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) Company was established in September 2006 by Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, with the goal of transforming Pakistan economy into a knowledge-based economy by promoting efficient, sustainable and effective ICT initiatives through synergic development of industrial and academic R&D resources.
The Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) Company is governed by its Board of Directors, which consists of representatives from the Federal Government, Telecommunication Industry, Scientific & Academic Community and a Corporate Management Executive.
The Ministry of IT & Telecom invites nominations, for the following vacancies on the Board of Directors of the National lCT R&D Fund Company:

| 5 | Corporate Management Executive with management experience at a senior position in multinational or international companies | |
Concerned organizations/companies are are requested to kindly submit nominations of representatives on individual basis. The Federal Government reserves the right to accept or reject any nomination made pursuant to a specific category. Procedure for nomination and appointment of Board of Directors is defined in the Articles of Association of the Company and can be pursued from the link mentioned below.
