Position Title: Assistant Manager Local & International Collaborations
Reports to: General Manager Projects
Purpose (Strategic KPIs):
  • The job holder is responsible for building, maintaining and strengthening partnerships, collaborations and communication with local as well as international stakeholders effectively.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen linkages with existing and potential partners as well as stakeholders
  • Spokesperson to the local and international clients regarding ICT initiatives
  • Organize meetings of the stakeholders with the top management
  • Record and share minutes of the meetings
  • Maintain profiles of potential  and existing clients
  • Acting as brand ambassador of ICT R&D Fund
  • Connect local and foreign investors with NIC startups through portal and investor summits


  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote and strengthen the branding and profile of ICT R&D Fund
  • Keeping track of all the summits, programs, initiatives related to ICT R&D Fund agenda
  • Monitor and evaluate outreach and publicity efforts and make recommendations.
  • Explore new avenues to grow outreach
  • Develop and maintain Ignite’s startup portal

Data & Report Management

  • Prepare facts and statistics, analyze data and trends as well as generate reports
  • Conduct research on local and foreign investors in different verticals to compile lists

  • High energy with the drive to achieve
Qualification & Experience: 
  • Master’s Degree preferably in Business Administration, International Relations,Mass Communication or Public Policy & Administration or higher from a well reputed HEC recognized University.
  • Preferably 3.5 CGPA or equivalent or higher.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a multinational organization.
