Position Title: Assistant Manager, Financial  Reporting
Department: Accounts
Reports to: CFO
Direct Reports to: Manager Financial Accounting
Role Summary
Primary job responsibility will be to assist Manager Financial Accounting in maintaining the accounting records
and keeping a track of the accounting transactions, besides various other responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements of the company.
  • Recording of periodic accruals, payables and JVs.
  • Coordination with internal and external auditors for conduct and finalization of company audit.
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
  • Coordination with the Company’s banker(s).
  • Review and recommendation of payment cases.
  • Deduction of taxes in line with applicable rules/laws.
  • To support supervisor on any/all assigned tasks
Knowledge, Qualification, Skills, and Experience
Qualification and Experience

  • CA-Intermediate / Certificate in Accounting & Finance (CAF) with completed articleship from a  reputable Chartered Accountants firm.
  • ACCA or ACMA with 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelors in Accounting with 3 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge/Skills

  • Critical Thinking.
  • Adequate knowledge of finance, accounting, audit, taxation, IFRS, contract evaluation and
  • Time Management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, report writing & communication skills.
  • A self-starter that can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting software and advance
  • A team player.
  • Service-oriented.
