Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) sponsored the 12th ITCN Asia Conference and Exhibition. This year the event was held between 18 – 20 September at the Expo Center in Karachi with a significant presence of powerful IT brands of the world which showcased their state-of-the-art products and services, offering the user community a wide range of technology and solutions under one roof.
IT Commerce Network Asia (ITCN Asia) was initiated in year 2001 and has now become one of the region’s most dynamic and significant ICT Event. ITCN Asia has grown into one of the biggest IT & Telecom extravaganzas of Pakistan. ITCN Asia Conference and Exhibition plays a pivotal role in projecting the image of Pakistan on the world IT map. The event is an exquisite blend of Public-Private-Partnership and boasts of attracting the largest number of domestic and international trade visitors of IT & Telecom products/services.
The companies through this event were provided an excellent opportunity to introduce and promote their respective brands. The event also provided an ideal opportunity for business-to-business alliances between the exhibitor companies and other members of the ICT industry. The event also served as a meeting place for international professionals to explore business opportunities across Pakistan and other regional markets.
Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) also setup a stall at the exhibition to interact with the ICT industry members and also with a host of visitors and apprised them on its contributions for promoting ICT centric R&D within the country and also highlighted some of its HR development initiatives within the sphere of ICTs.
