Summary

This project was proposed for Conversion of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System by developing a Business Intelligence (BI) System for Telecom Operators. Furthermore, it also was to convert the existing Mediator, Rater and Biller applications from an enterprise implementation to a Web Service based purely on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and into a complete SaaS for Telco Billing to run on Cloud Platform. This project also provided the basis for a Billing solution and data analysis to Cellular Operators, Landline Service Providers, VOIP Operators, Integrated Service Providers, Calling Card Operators and small size Independent Telco’s.
