DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER
As per the preamble to provide for the Right to Information transparently and effectively, the Government believes in improved access to all the information held by public bodies.
To ensure that everyone shall have the fundamental right of access to information and promote the purpose of making the Government more accountable to its people, and of improving participation by the people in public affairs and promoting good governance. Subject only to the reasonable restriction as provided under the law.
