Cross Domain Access Control and Delegation in Enterprise Applications

Summary

In this project, a cross domain access control and permission delegation framework was designed for enterprise applications called CDACDEA for service oriented organizations. When organizations need data access from each other, CDACDEA leverages a trusted delegation service to serve as a decision making point for cross domain access requests. Each resource sharing domain can publish security policies to the delegation service.
Service Oriented Architectures (SOAs) with underlying technologies like web services orchestration have great impact on a wide range of novel application scenarios, especially in the context of ERP solutions.
