The “Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) Company” registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 is engaged in promotion of Research and Development activities primarily for progress in the realm of ICT with the ultimate objective of creating knowledge based economy and society by virtue of true application of R&D Fund vision.
The Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund) Company through this EOI intends to invite proposals from “qualified licensed/registered legal entities who are on the active Taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR and have sound Financial Backing, professional Management Team and Prior Experience in ICT Sector” to provide services to Establish and Manage Tech City Incubator Project to be hosted in Islamabad, Pakistan. Entities having international partnerships are also encouraged to apply.
