Ignite (National Technology Fund) is providing an opportunity for the young innovative startups/ companies to showcase their products/ services in the GISEC 2025, which is to be held in May 06-08, 2025. GISEC has established its reputation in the Cybersecurity market and is providing the platform for experts, researchers, decision makers, global customers and Industry to tap new technology solutions for their organizations.

GISEC 2025 is the platform for startups/companies at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry, providing cutting-edge products and solutions in the following areas:

Startups may Apply on https://cybershackathon.pk/GISEC for registration. After evaluation of the applications, Ignite will shortlist companies/startups for the Event.

  • Market Trends Alignment: Evaluate how well the products align with emerging trends in the cybersecurity landscape.
  1. Market Potential
  • Target Market Identification: Ensure the startup/company has clearly defined its target audience and market segment (mentioned above)
  • Scalability: Scalability of the solutions and the potential for market expansion.
  1. Customer Acquisition Strategy
  • Clear Value Proposition: The startup should articulate a compelling value proposition that resonates with potential customers.
  • Effective Marketing Strategy: The marketing and sales strategies to attract customers, including partnerships, outreach, and digital marketing efforts.
  1. Customer Retention Capabilities
  • Support Infrastructure: Check if the startup/company has a robust customer support team in place to assist clients post-purchase.
  • User Feedback Loop: The startup actively seeks and incorporates user feedback to enhance their product and service offerings.
  1. Team Expertise
  • Founders’ Background: The experience and qualifications of the founding team in cybersecurity and related fields.
  • Talent Pool: The startup’s ability to attract and retain skilled personnel.
  1. Regulatory Compliance
  • Understanding of Regulations: Ensure the startup is knowledgeable about cybersecurity regulations and compliance standards relevant to their target market which is MEA region.
  • Implementation of Standards: Check if they adhere to industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST) in their offerings.
