Featured Cloud Service Providers

The Prime Minister's Cloud Program for Startups is a flagship initiative by Ignite under the Ministry of IT & Telecom , designed to accelerate the growth of Pakistan's startup ecosystem.

The programme provides reimbursement of cloud credits to eligible Pakistani startups — enabling them to leverage world-class cloud infrastructure without the capital burden.

Startups receive dedicated Expert Committee advisory, personalised Cloud Credit Roadmaps, Technical Support — ensuring cloud adoption drives measurable business growth, with reimbursements depending on the approved tier.

"This programme is designed to remove the single biggest barrier to cloud adoption for Pakistani startups i.e. cost while building the technical capacity to use that infrastructure at scale."

Tier 2 Advancement Application

Of the 100 startups targeted by the programme, 80 have already been inducted across Batch 1 and Batch 2. The remaining 20 places will be selected from among these already-onboarded startups for advancement to Tier 2. If your startup has completed Tier 1 and wishes to be considered, submit the short form below using the unique reference number printed on your Tier 1 offer letter.

How It Works

Programme Process

From application to reimbursement — a streamlined, transparent five-step journey.

Apply Online
Submit your application via the Ignite portal with your startup profile, cloud use case, and growth plan.

Expert Evaluation
Expert Committee reviews eligibility across 5 weighted criteria. NCVP validates information provided by the startups and their technical readiness.

Onboard & Roadmap
Upon receipt of the official Ignite offer letter, startups may engage any preferred cloud provider to utilize credits tailored to their operational requirements. Please refer to the designated portal section for Featured Cloud Provider service brochures.

Use & Claim
Pay CSP invoices directly, then submit claim along with invoices, bank proofs, and usage reports for reimbursement.

Reimbursed
NCVP validates claims against your Roadmap. Ignite disburses approved reimbursements in accordance with approved tier.
