Primary job responsibility will be to assist Manager in maintaining the accounting records and keeping a track of the accounting transactions, besides various other responsibilities.
Manager Internal Audit
Primary job responsibility will be to develop an effective and concrete internal audit system. In addition, it is also responsibility of the incumbent to implement the audit system & to ensure its transparency.
Manager Project Evaluation
Primary job responsibility will be to act as an internal evaluator for the submitted highly technical proposals on Research and Development in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and proactively pursue the proposals through the entire process of evaluation till final approval. In addition, solicitation of project proposals, negotiation and coordination with the Principal Investigator (PI) regarding technical aspects of the proposal including presentations by the PIs and discussions to improve received proposals will also be a part of the job.
General Manager IT/Coordination
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the GM-IT/Coordination will provide the coordination of activities across various stakeholders, manage, develop and supervise IT infrastructure in all operations of the organization, to automate internal processes, record keeping and continuous efficient reporting to senior management, develop strong relationships with Government agencies, academic institutions, corporate sector, national & international funding agencies and ICT industry. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and managing HR and Administrative functions including employee performance evaluation and career enhancement plans.
