Manager Solicitation & Evaluation
Solicit project proposals negotiate and coordinate with the Principal Investigator (PI) regarding all aspects of the proposal including presentations by the PIs and discussions to improve received proposals.
• Evaluate and manage utilization/commercialization aspects of funded projects.
To manage existing and new initiatives and programs administered by the Fund. To facilitate the Fund define the framework of new initiatives and programs besides overseeing essential parameters for evaluation, financial budgeting, execution, audit, monitoring and metrics of success for all the projects.
To draft contracts/agreements in accordance with the requirements of the company;
To evaluate and vet contracts on behalf of the company;
To coordinate legal activities for other departments of the company;
To interact with the stakeholders regarding legal issues involved in the ICT sector and provide appropriate feedback to the company in this regard;
To give legal opinions and draft comments for court cases and other legal issues of the company;
Any other task specifically assigned by the competent authorities;
To interact with external consultants.
Assistant Manager Publication (Social & Emerging Media)
To manage all aspects of digital media including campaign trafficking, reporting and campaign management, will also develop a deep understanding of Fund’s initiatives/programs, internal and external stakeholders, processes, and act as the main point of day-to-day contact person regarding digital media expertise. This role coordinates with the internal program/initiative launch teams to support their respective objectives, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network.
Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
Become an advocate of the Fund in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where applicable/appropriate.
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Participate in the community for disseminating the key information on the Fund’s programs/initiatives besides managing communities.
Integrate social media in marketing the initiatives of the Fund.
Monitor the evolution of social media, including the latest tips, tricks, and best practices.
Savvy marketing sense coupled with a passion for social media.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective functionalities and participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
Knowledge of blogging ecosystem relevant to the Fund.
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.
Previous social media experience related to launch of new programs/initiatives required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and other graphics applications will be a plus
